NEUROMUSCULAR THERAPY

Neuromuscular therapy involves applying pressure to trigger points in muscles and tendons to help relieve pain and restore normal function. It's also known as myofascial trigger point therapy.

SPORTS THERAPY

Sports massage helps athletes before, during and after training. Sports massage can help you to: increase flexibility. prevent injuries. improve performance.

MYOSKELETAL ALIGNMENT TECHNIQUE (MAT)

MAT uses manual therapy to help relieve pain and restore movement. Uses a combination of muscle balancing, joint stretching, and contract-relax techniques. Helps the body's natural healing process by correcting neurological patterning and releasing muscles.

MUSCLE ACTIVATION TECHNIQUE

Neuromuscular function, range of motion, and muscle weakness/strength is tested to identify which specific muscles are not contracting efficiently. Once a muscle weakness is identified, isometric contractions or specific force application to the origin and insertion points of the affected muscle are applied to increase strength and mobility.

MUSCLE ENERGY

Muscle energy technique (MET) is a form of manual therapy that uses a muscle’s own energy in the form of gentle isometric contractions (reciprocal inhibition) to relax and release the muscles compromising range of motion.

STRETCHING

Passive and active stretching techniques are utilized to help shortened muscles lenghten to relieve muscular and compromised joints discomfort. Types of passive stretching techniques are; static, and passive. Active stretching techniques are; isometric, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), and dynamic.

CUPPING THERAPY

Cupping therapy utilizes vacuum or suction force inside a cup that pulls your skin upward and brings blood flow to tight muscles and helps release fascial connective tissue adhesions.

SWEDISH MASSAGE

Swedish massage is one of the most common type of massage. It is performed to relax, energize the body and improve overall health. This type of massage involves actions like percussion, kneading, vibration, tapping, and rolling.
